A memorial service for Mr. Leo Eugene Thomas of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2019 will be held Saturday, April 13th, 1:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of

Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1901 E. Giddens Ave., Brother, Eric Atterberry, officiating. Leo Eugene Thomas was born August 3, 1953 to Harry Lee and Eva Mae Thomas. Leo attended the public schools of Hillsborough County. He graduated from Middleton High School, class of 1971, where he was and excellent defensive-end linebacker for the Fighting Tigers. His “aka” on the football field was “Mole Man”. His favorite scripture was Luke 23:43. Leo touched many lives everywhere he went. He was one of Tampa Bay’s finest golfers at Rogers Park. Leo was married to his wife, Judi for 26 years they married on December 19, 1992. They dedicated their lives to Jehovah on August 23, 1998. To their union 2 daughters were born. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Sally and Ricky Thomas, daughter, Leonaisha Thomas and daughter-in-law, Jasmine Gosa. Leo leaves to cherish his precious memories with his loving and devoted wife, Judi L. Thomas; children, Jada Thomas, Stephanie Jones, Crystal Garner, Antonio Thomas, Marlon Thomas, Kelvin Jones, Kengie Jones, Jovon Gosa, Jonathan and Renee Jones, Jermaine Gosa, Alvin Dewindt, and NiJeria LeGrand; sister, Betty Vasquez (Santiago); brothers, Charles Thomas (Ethel), Ben Graham (Pam) of Brandywine, MA, Horace and Shawn Moore of Ft. Myers, FL, and Tim and Terry Fuller of Hutchinson, KS; aunts, Eula Boykin Leach, Mary Boykin of St. Augustine, FL; Willie T. Stokes of District Heights, MA, Lorraine Chestnut of Federalsburg, MA, Jafer Thomas (Evelyn) of Rochester, NY, Rodger Boykin of St. Augustine, FL; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends. The family and friends are asked to meet at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses’ on Saturday for the memorial service.
