A homegoing celebration for Ms. Michelle Dennison of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2018 will be held on Saturday, March 10th, 3:30 p.m. at Northside M.B. Church, 5706 N. 40th Street, Rev. Ricardo Robinson, pastor; Pastor Wallace Z. Bowers of Saint Mary M.B. Church, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Michelle D. Dennison was born on September 16, 1962 to the parentage of Mr. Herman Martin and Maggie J. Seay in Tampa, Florida. Michelle Denise Dennison was born on September 16, 1962 in Tampa, Florida to the late Herman Martin and Maggie Seay. She attended public schools in Hillsborough County. Dennison was preceded in death by: maternal grandparents, Charlie (Mary) Seay, Mable Seay, paternal grandparents; Edward and Erma Lee Martin; sisters, Tara Dennison-Wallace and Haroldlyn Knowles-Tim; aunt, Mattie Jane Moore; uncles, Jim Douglas and Charles Seay; nephew, Ricky Bradford; cousins, Jimmy Seay and Jamie Helms.She leaves to cherish her precious memories with: 2 daughters, Genquetta Smith and Nakeshia Smith (Tony); son, John Roberson (Peregrina), special daughter; Karima Altidor; mother, Maggie J. Seay; father, Herman Martin; step-father, Willie J. Patterson Sr.; grandsons, Dudley Bryant IV, Xzayvier Harden, Markevius Bennett; Dantavious Miller; John and Malcom Roberson; granddaughters, Liberty Miller, Layla Miller; 3 sisters, Mary Brown (Robert), Wilma Patterson-Miles, Sherry Walker (Alvin); 2 brothers, James Lassiter (Patricia), Willie J. Patterson III (U.S. Army); nieces, Cherica, Shanqueena, Janqueena, Michealqulin, Desma, K’La, Nyethia, Malacyea, Carrington, Kennedy; nephews, Donald, Ronald, Mario, Fred (U.S. Navy), Jay, Dominique, Marcus (U.S. Army), Willie IV, Eric L., Jared, Joshua, Keon; aunts, Fatima Faulk and Kadijah Seay; uncles, Johnny and Willie Seay; special cousins Rhonda and Yolanda Seay; special friends Larry Miles, Terry Bolden, Komanitha Hawkins and a host of other loving relatives, loved ones, God-sisters, God-brothers and friends. The visitation will be held on Friday, March 9th from 5 to 8 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
