Homegoing services for Mr. Walter “JJ” Revear, III, of Tampa, who passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2011, will be held on Saturday, May 28th, 2:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall Worship Center, 1102 C.E Fowler Ave, with, Elder Michelle Patty, officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Walter was born on October 20, 1982 in Tampa, Florida. He was a member of Without Walls Church. He was an artist and sketch artist. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Walter Revear; grandmother, Ethelrene York and great-niece, Mykalah. He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter, Tatianna Revear and her mother, Latoya Ketter; step-children, Princess, Pertina, Kenisha, Patricia and Isreal; parents, Walter Revear, Jr and Veronica York; grandmother, Helen Revear; brothers, Roderick (Lashawn), Michael (Franshawn); god-brother, Robert Fruster, Jr.; sisters, Kendra (Calvin) and Nayshmiah; aunts, Darlene (Robert), Contrilla (Kalvo), Sharon (Corey), Clara (Leamon), Mattie and Kendra; great aunts, Josephine (Sam), Susie (Walter), Mable, Pastor, Alafay Nelson Vickers, Bertha Long, Louise, Jackie, Annie Laura (David) and Betty Washington; special aunts, Linda Bryant and Kelly York, uncles, Carlos, Tony, Jimmydale, Lee Ernest, James (Loletha), Kenny (Mary) and Bennie (Lucinda); great uncles, Herbert (Mary), Joseph and Rufus; nieces, Ryeanna, Miaree, Ashauntia, Kenya, Justice, Jyi’Meriah, Janiah, Janetta, Tayshonna, Kiannia and Ronesha; nephews, J’sean, Romaine, George, Jeremiah, Roderick, Jr., Harold and Jaharie; cousins, Shonda (Terry), Shermaine, Fredrick (Marie), Leamon (Carol), Torrence, Meryl, Shenita, Katrina, Carletta, Colette, Tony, Jeremiah, Danzel, Joyous, Dewayne, Javlyn, Lawrence, Kendro, Alisia, Quentin, Clayton, Dontavia, Tico, Patrick, Angel, Michael, Shawn, James, Bryan, Eva, Jabriel, Tony, Donte, Kendra, Tracy, Lil’Ben, Da’quatn, Roger, Tony, A’reuis, Lea and Leniga; special cousins, Rodney, Sedric, Latisha Bivens, Tony Oliver and Benjamin Thomas; best-friends, Deuntae Jimerson, Roy Nathan and Lakemus Oliverie; friends, Crystal Gemberling, and Merilyn Bennett foster parents, Robert and Brenda; and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends. The viewing will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday from 5-8 p.m. Family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Family and friends are asked to meet at the church at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday for the service.
